Hi, I'm Shannon — the baker and decorator behind Cookie Cutter Creations.
Baking has been my passion since I was little. What started as bringing homemade cookies to parties and holidays "just for fun" slowly turned into something much more. I'm completely self-taught — everything I know came from watching YouTube videos, scrolling Instagram, and a whole lot of trial and error. I'm always learning, always chasing new techniques, and always pushing myself to make every cookie better than the last.
My husband Nick keeps everything running behind the scenes — packaging, marketing, and making sure your order gets to you. Together we're raising five kids, and that same love and chaos we pour into our family goes into every single cookie we make.
Every order is handcrafted right here in McHenry County. I'm proud to serve all of Chicagoland with custom decorated sugar cookies for birthdays, baby showers, holidays, weddings, corporate events — any occasion worth celebrating. If you can dream it, I can cookie it.
