FAQ
Ordering & Customization
How do I customize my order?
Use the upload field and personalization field on the product page to upload your inspiration photos and share your details — name, age, color preferences, and anything else you'd like us to know. We'll take it from there!
How far in advance do I need to order?
All orders require a minimum 14-day lead time. For larger orders or holiday seasons, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
All sales are final. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — once we've started production we may not be able to guarantee changes.
Delivery & Pickup
How do I receive my order?
We offer local delivery on Thursdays and Fridays within 50 miles for a $10 flat rate, or you can arrange store pickup after ordering. Pickup location will be shared after your order is confirmed.
Do you ship?
At this time we do not ship — local delivery and pickup only.
Product & Safety
Are your cookies made fresh?
Yes — every order is made fresh to order. We never keep pre-made inventory.
What allergens are in your cookies?
All of our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy. Some products may contain nuts. Our cookies are made in a licensed home kitchen in McHenry County, IL.
Are you a licensed bakery?
Cookie Cutter Creations operates as a licensed cottage food business under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a licensed home kitchen and are not inspected by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Decorated sugar cookies stay fresh for 2 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. We recommend keeping them in their individual packaging until ready to enjoy.
Custom Printed Cookies
What file types can I upload for printed cookies?
We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 10MB. Please make sure your image is high resolution for the best print quality.
Can I upload multiple designs?
Yes! You can upload up to 4 designs per dozen and mix and match however you'd like.
What if my image quality is too low to print?
We'll reach out before production begins if there's an issue with your file. Please double-check your image resolution before uploading — we're unable to reprint due to file quality issues.
