All products are made to order and custom-made to your specifications. Because of the handmade and perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final.

No refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your personalization details carefully before completing checkout.

Order changes: If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at cookiecuttercreations3@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order is in progress.

Custom Printed Cookies: By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have rights to reproduce any images submitted. Cookie Cutter Creations is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-uploaded images. Please ensure your image is high resolution and correct before submitting — we are unable to reprint due to file errors or image quality issues.

If we made a mistake: If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.
